Our Product Materials - We source the highest grade materials available. As technologies change and improve so will we :) Our moto is "Progress Over Perfection" because we are all learning this new way of life together. We are willing to make changes when improved technologies come along. Because they always do!
Our Shipping Materials - You may notice your order comes in a strange box. That's because we reuse or recycle everything we possibly can! From the colourful tissue paper made from 100% recycled materials to the eco-ink cartridges used to print packing slips. We try to incorporate eco friendly procedures on every level! All of our paper and cardboard materials are made from 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. We are currently seeking to replace packing tape with a compostable version. On the hunt for one that's strong enough! We are also sourcing compostable sticker labels :)
Our Manufacturing Process - Many of our items are manufactured on site at our headquarters in Kelowna, BC, Canada. We source our parts and products in this order:
-Locally First
-North America Second
-If there is no quality option we choose Overseas
We work exclusively with Overseas manufactures who are monitored by a third party for FTC product quality compliance, employee wellness, and manufacturing standards.
